Each week includes:
- 2 x 60-Minute Personal Training Sessions — fully tailored, goal-focused, and supportive. Optional cold plunge available after any session.
- Up to 3 Group Classes — BoxFit or Bootcamp style, to help build fitness and confidence in a small, welcoming group setting.
- 24/7 Support — for check-ins, motivation, and any questions along the way.
